Goals. Mission. Vision.
The list of topics covered in each of the six weeks of the Worthfulness Program can be found on the homepage. There is also a video message from Rebecca on the  homepage, to Primary Care Providers considering this program for girls in their lives.

Why and when did Rebecca start Worthfulness?
Who is Rebecca?
WORTHFULNESS GOALS
+ The girls who take the program say that they found the tools and concepts genuinely useful in their lives and feel empowered to manage their self-worth connection through the coming years, especially when they face challenges.
+ Girls take the program before they join social media.
+ Always offer a program that genuinely supports the girls who take it with quality and useful resources.
+ Girls don’t spend their days thinking bad thoughts about themselves.
+ Girls are not swayed by the opinions of others, including the media and negative cultural norms regarding their appearance and any limits on what they can accomplish in their life.
+ Girls are not denied access to the program due to financial limitations. Girls in foster care, juvenile detention, long-term medical leave from school, in a recovery program, in a shelter, or in a home with limited financial resources are able to apply for access to the program through one of our Worthfulness Scholarships. It is an honour to also offer Scholarships to teen girls that are Indigenous Peoples. (Please fill out the Scholarship form to request access or to nominate a girl.)

WORTHFULNESS MISSION
Provide girls and young women all over the world with the knowledge and tools to support their awareness and connection to their ever-present self-worth and with the knowing that only they have full control of their self-worth.
For all girls and women that were born in a country where female rights are recognized (on varying degrees) and not in a country listed on one of the most horrible top 10 lists (see below), that we put our hand out and do what we can to help lift up these other women that happened to be born in a place where they are less than second class citizens and where it’s almost impossible for them to be able to help each other or even learn about dreaming of another way of life.

WORTHFULNESS VISION
Girls all over the world have access to Worthfulness programming and the program is a support for the future generation of girls to feel their own empowerment and self-worth connection in as many countries as possible.
VISION IN ACTION
I want to find a way to reach girls in the following countries where girls have the lowest rights on earth.
Please reach out to me (Rebecca), if you are connected with any groups or schools on the ground in any of the below countries and have the ability to allow access for girls to watch the Worthfulness program. Regardless, I will continue to work to get girls in these countries access. (I have a workaround for getting language translations.)
 #10 Pakistan
#9 Central African Republic
#8 Somalia
#7 Sierra Leone
#6 Sudan
#5 Chad
#4 Democratic Republic of the Congo
#3 South Sudan
#2 Syria
 #1 Afghanistan
In Afghanistan, the country with the highest number of women human trafficked, women face regressive gender norms, girls are uneducated and have no financial inclusion. The highest amount of gender based violence reportedly on earth, takes place against women in Afghanistan. Honour killings are “illegal” but widely prevalent with “reasons” such as refusing to enter a prearranged marriage, seeking divorce or seperation, being the victim of a sexual crime. Most often, it involves the murder of a woman or girl by male family members, due to the perpetrators' belief that the victim has brought "dishonor" or "shame" upon the family name, reputation or prestige.
